OUR STORY

The founders, Jack Mark and Jason, worked together for an internationally renowned bathroom product supplier. With the dream of pursuing the ultimate perfect product and service, the two hit it off and started their entrepreneurial journey in a small apartment in 2019, and along the way, more and more talented people were attracted and joined them. 

Today, we have built strong relationships with global retail brands such as Homedepot, Wayfair, Lowe's and Overstock, as well as gained thousands of loyal customers and achieved great growth and visibility in the US, Canada and Europe. So, based on the love and support of our customers and to better serve them well, we decided to establish our online brand store: waterpar.com, which is our official website.

Product-wise, Waterpar is committed to the highest standards of artisanal design, our engineering team is focused on staying on the cutting edge of technology, constantly reviewing new and existing products, and we craft our products with the highest quality materials to ensure our products are built to last. We create a wide variety of products that represent a myriad of styles, shapes and sizes. 

In terms of service, we pay close attention to the continuous dialogue with our customers, including before, during and after sales, and encourage all forms of feedback, through email, online chat on our website, and telephone customer service, etc. Telephone customer service is online 7x12 hours to receive customer feedback in real time, and we continuously improve our products and services based on feedback.
